I joined the Nalata Nalata team in 2024 and quickly acclimated to the space and its unique approach to storytelling. I initially focused on supporting the eCommerce platform through photo retouching, refining product listings, and ensuring visual cohesion across digital platforms. Over time, my role expanded to include a wider range of responsibilities.
One of the most meaningful aspects of my experience has been advocating for the incredible artisans, artists, and designers whose work often involves time-intensive, handcrafted processes. Balancing the rhythm of their work with the fast-paced nature of New York retail requires ongoing adaptability, but it's a dynamic I’ve grown to appreciate despite how contrasting they can be. As the world moves further from handmade traditions, celebrating these individuals and their dedication continues to resonate deeply with me as I am committed to fostering meaningful relationships between people and the objects they bring into their lives.

Below, I shared some photos I worked on refining and retouching, linking the website which will provide more information of the makers behind each piece.
